Patient Reported Outcomes

Designing for cancer patients requires careful attention to accessibility - the population is older, and attempting to deal with complicated medical information while managing symptoms of both the disease and the treatment takes a toll. As a services company, we have to manage our resources very carefully. So, while developing a survey tool for a client, I introduced the concept of “guerilla testing” to help us ensure we stayed on track and on budget.
