evolv became a separate line of business for Revel Consulting as an experiment; we designed our entire business model to test the hypothesis that such a business could be built around teaching people to develop their capacity to be human-centered and experimental. We practiced what we preached by measuring the effect of every activity we undertook (before, during, and after workshops; marketing; crafting strategic plans, etc.). With our data-driven approach, we graduated five cohorts of learners, evaluated and pursued a strategic pivot, and landed key business within six months.
